Shipping and Delivery Policy 

Owner and operator of ( ) is Sarabela (“we” and “us”) (“Website”). You will be accepting the terms below if you place an order through this website. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available from SARABELA for purchases over a particular limit. Currently, this minimum is 3000 taka. Once a customer spends 3000 taka with sarabela while shopping, they become eligible.

SARABELA will make every attempt to deliver the order to the delivery address within the anticipated delivery window. Unless otherwise specified, SARABELA assumes all risk of loss or damage to the shipment up until the point of delivery.

The buyer must notify SARABELA by phone or email as soon as possible receiving the purchase, if they obtain a product that they did not order. Customers generally have the right to return items. If a customer believes they have gotten the wrong product, they must contact Sarabela right away while delivery man available in customer door.

Following consultation, the buyer will arrange for the product’s return and will be compensated for the associated costs.

  1. General

Depending on supply levels we make every effort to keep up-to-date stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy in stock levels, making it impossible for us to fulfill all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will deliver the products that are in stock to you and then get in touch with you to ask if you would like to wait for the item to be restocked or if you would like for us to the customer.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost are depend on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order are used to determine shipping costs during the checkout process. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

  • Standard Shipping – 100 Dhaka City
  • Extended Shipping – 150 all over Bangladesh
  1. Returns
    • Return Due To Change Of Mind

If a request is made, Sarabela will gladly accept returns due to a change of heart. Within three days of receiving the item, the return is received by us and delivered back to original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. (Sarabela) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Guaranteed Returns

Sarabela will gladly honor any legitimate warranty claims as long as they are made within 7 days of receiving the products. Customers will be required to pre-pay of the return shipping, we will refund you upon successful warranty claim. You can anticipate Sarabela to process your warranty claim after receiving the returned items for a warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

– replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments typically take 2 to 7 days to reach their destination.

4.2 International Transit Time

Orders that are shipped internationally typically take 4 to 22 days to arrive. Depending on the courier you’ve chosen, this varies considerably. When you select your courier at the checkout, we can provide a more precise estimate. International orders are usually process and dispatched within 3 business days from the day of payments are made. Our warehouse operates on Sunday to Thursday all through standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the facility will be closed. We take some action in these situations to ensure the shipment delays be kept to a modest.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a shift of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched or picked.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Sarabela will only use postal services to deliver packages to P.O. box addresses. To these locations, we are unable to provide courier services.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to transport to military addresses using USPS. This service cannot be provided by courier services.

4.7 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will hold off on shipping your order until it becomes available. While we wait for this item, the current items on the order will be reserved.

4.8 Deliveries that were late

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Upon arrival in the destination country, import duties and taxes for international shipments may need to be paid. You should be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us because they differ by country. Sarabela encourages you to do so.

The items will be returned to Sarabela at the expense of the customer if you refuse to pay customs and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. You will then receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  1. Order Cancellation

We can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been picked or dispatched if you change your mind before receiving your order. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been shipped out.

Parcel insurance covers loss and damage up to the courier-specified value.
